HEY, I’M ALEX.
Pastor. Speaker. Communicator. Big believer in the next generation.
I'm a pastor, husband, dad, and someone who genuinely believes God is doing something significant in this generation.
I've spent years investing in students, young adults, families, and leaders, helping them navigate life, faith, relationships, and the complicated process of figuring out what comes next.
I love telling stories, making people laugh, asking questions that make you think, and finding creative ways to communicate biblical truths that stick with you long after the moment is over.
But here's what matters most to me: I want people to know Jesus, understand that they have value, and realize they don't need to spend their lives trying to be someone else.
I believe the Bible speaks to real life. The pressure. The rejection. The comparison. The relationships. The questions nobody wants to ask out loud.
And I want to be part of the conversations that help this generation discover what following Jesus actually looks like.

WHO YOU ARE CHANGES HOW YOU LIVE.
01 | KNOW WHO YOU ARE.
Before you figure out what you're going to do with your life, you need to understand who you are and whose you are. Your identity isn't determined by your worst moment, your greatest achievement, or somebody else's opinion. It begins with what God says about you.
02 | OWN YOUR CALLING.
You don't have to become somebody else to become who God called you to be. Your story, gifts, personality, and experiences are not meaningless. There's purpose in how God has created you, and there's room for you to use what He's entrusted to you.
03 | LIVE IT OUT.
Faith was never meant to be something we only talk about. It's something we live. In our relationships, decisions, friendships, schools, workplaces, and everyday moments, we have opportunities to reflect Jesus and make a difference.
LET'S TALK ABOUT WHAT REALLY MATTERS.
WHO TOLD YOU WHO YOU ARE?
Identity, comparison, insecurity, belonging, and finding your worth in Christ.
CALLED BEFORE YOU FEEL READY
Recognizing God's calling, moving through fear, and learning that obedience doesn't require having every answer.
THE WRONG LANE
What happens when you spend your life comparing your gifts, chasing somebody else's purpose, and overlooking what God has already placed in you?
YOUR LIFE ISN'T ON HOLD
Purpose, uncertainty, patience, and finding meaning in the season you're in instead of waiting for the next one.
THERE'S ROOM FOR YOU
Community, relationships, rejection, belonging, and understanding your place in God's bigger story.
DIFFERENT ON PURPOSE
Learning to embrace how God created you without allowing culture, comparison, or other people's expectations to define you.
Every message can be developed around the theme and spiritual needs of your conference, church, or gathering.

NOT JUST ANOTHER MESSAGE.
REAL LIFE. REAL FAITH. REAL MOVEMENT.
I've always believed a message should do more than sound good in the room.
It should make you think, challenge what you've believed, help you see Scripture differently, and give you something meaningful to carry into Monday.
Whether I'm communicating to middle school students, young adults, or an entire church, my approach is conversational, creative, engaging, and rooted in the Word of God.
I want people to laugh, lean in, ask questions, wrestle with truth, and ultimately see Jesus more clearly.
Because I'm not interested in simply creating a memorable moment.
I want to communicate truth that helps people live differently.

FORWARD
I BELIEVE IN THIS GENERATION.
Not because they have everything figured out.
Not because they have all the answers.
And definitely not because their lives look perfect on social media.
I believe in this generation because I believe in the God who created them.
I see young people with enormous potential who are trying to make sense of a complicated world. People who want their lives to matter, who are asking real questions, and who need more than somebody telling them to just do better.
They need truth. They need community. They need people willing to listen. They need to know that following Jesus is not about pretending you have it all together.
And they need to be reminded that their past doesn't have to define their future.
That's why I do what I do.

WE WROTE A CO-HELP BOOK!
Ready to ditch shallow gestures, emotional droughts, and that lingering question, “Is there more?” Heal Them with Kindness is your wake-up call. Author Alex Desir merges real talk, raw personal stories, and a disruptive approach to empathy, showing that kindness isn’t some pastel virtue we pull out on Sundays; it’s an untapped superpower that can transform our most jaded places.
Dive into the messy realities of being “emotionally broke,” the heartbreak of living on empty, and the mental spiral of negative self-talk. Then, step by step, you’ll learn how to reframe kindness from a polite nod into a life-changing currency, one that starts by being kinder to yourself. This book unpacks boundaries, healing from past wreckage, finding God in your most haunted memories, and discovering gratitude as the ultimate perspective flip.
Written with a fresh voice for Gen Z and Millennials (and anyone tired of sugarcoated pep talks), Heal Them with Kindness offers practical strategies, heartfelt reflections, and a bold reminder: sometimes the most “radical” thing you can do is slow down, see people (and yourself) with real empathy, and let God’s presence guide you toward emotional freedom.
If you’ve been craving authenticity in a world that’s running on empty, let this book light the way. Your pivot from burnout to breakthrough starts here, one disruptive act of compassion at a time.
YOU WERE CREATED FOR MORE THAN JUST GETTING THROUGH LIFE.
You have a story worth stewarding, gifts worth developing, people worth loving, and a God worth following.
So don't spend your whole life trying to become somebody else.
Become who God created you to be.
KNOW WHO YOU ARE. OWN YOUR CALLING. LIVE IT OUT.
